Biography of Trainers
Majdal Hindi
Majdal Hindi is a professional trainer and data analytics specialist with over four years of experience delivering practical, hands-on training programs for individuals and organizations. She has designed and facilitated numerous training sessions in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, targeting both technical and non-technical audiences. Her approach emphasizes real-world applications that support effective decision-making and operational reporting.
In addition to her training expertise, Majdal brings strong hands-on experience in data analysis within complex operational environments. She currently works with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where she manages large-scale datasets using SQL, ensures data quality, conducts statistical analyses, and develops interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. Her work contributes to data-driven decision-making and improved operational efficiency.
Majdal holds an MBA in Big Data Analytics and is currently pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence. Her training methodology is practical and results-oriented, equipping participants with skills that can be directly applied in their professional roles.
Hisham Qaddumi
Hisham Qaddumi is a professional trainer and a specialist in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) with over ten years of experience in delivering capacity-building programs for nonprofit and development organizations. Throughout the past decade, he has delivered more than 35 professional training sessions in Monitoring & Evaluation, proposal writing and Fundraising, for NGOs, public institutions, and international organizations across the MENA region.
In addition to his training work, Hisham has extensive hands-on experience in monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment of donor-funded projects. He has led outcome surveys, impact evaluations, and monitoring systems for major initiatives supported by IFAD and various international donors.
Hisham holds internationally recognized certifications, including MEAL DPro® and Project DPro®, as well as a Master’s degree in Strategic Planning and Fundraising. His training methodology is practical, donor-aligned, and immediately applicable.
