This intensive 50-hour program, consisting of 4 days in Istanbul and 30 hours online, provides participants with the practical skills needed to design, manage, and evaluate projects effectively. Participants will gain hands-on experience in monitoring systems, data analysis, evaluation methodologies, and professional reporting. Hisham Qaddumi is a professional trainer and a specialist in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) with over ten years of experience in delivering capacity-building programs for nonprofit and development organizations. Throughout the past decade, he has delivered more than 35 professional training sessions in Monitoring & Evaluation, proposal writing and Fundraising, for NGOs, public institutions, and international organizations across the MENA region.
In addition to his training work, Hisham has extensive hands-on experience in monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment of donor-funded projects. He has led outcome surveys, impact evaluations, and monitoring systems for major initiatives supported by IFAD and various international donors.
Hisham holds internationally recognized certifications, including MEAL DPro® and Project DPro®, as well as a Master’s degree in Strategic Planning and Fundraising. His training methodology is practical, donor-aligned, and immediately applicable.
