Mr. Qaddumi has delivered over 30 training sessions on proposal writing and Fundraising between 2014 and 2025. He is the founder of GRANTS | Palestine, where he has disseminated more than 500 funding opportunities for nonprofit organizations since 2020. In 2025, he established Grants | Jordan to support Jordanian nonprofits in their fundraising efforts.

Mr. Qaddumi is certified in Project Management for Development Professional (Project DPro) by PM4NGOs. He holds a Master's degree in Strategic Planning and Fundraising, as well as a Professional Diploma in NGO Management. With extensive experience in grant proposal development and management, Mr. Qaddumi served as the Grants Officer at Birzeit University from 2010 to 2017. He then worked as a Fundraising Consultant at Palestine Technical University from 2018 to 2019.
