Hisham Qaddumi
Mr. Qaddumi has delivered over 37 training sessions on proposal writing and Fundraising between 2015 and 2026. He is the founder of GRANTS | Palestine, where he has disseminated more than 500 funding opportunities for nonprofit organizations since 2020. In 2025, he established Grants | Jordan to support Jordanian nonprofits in their fundraising efforts.
Mr. Qaddumi is certified in Project Management for Development Professional (Project DPro) by PM4NGOs. He holds a Master's degree in Strategic Planning and Fundraising, as well as a Professional Diploma in NGO Management. With extensive experience in grant proposal development and management, Mr. Qaddumi served as the Grants Officer at Birzeit University from 2010 to 2017. He then worked as a Fundraising Consultant at Palestine Technical University from 2018 to 2019.
Lama Qattush
Lama Qattush is a Community Fundraising Specialist and Trainer with practical experience in individual giving, communications, public relations, and nonprofit fundraising. She has worked with SOS Children’s Villages Palestine and Roles for Social Change Association – ADWAR, supporting fundraising and outreach efforts.
She has delivered more than five community fundraising trainings with organizations including OXFAM, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), GIZ, and others. Lama has also developed numerous fundraising plans for nonprofit organizations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Fundraising and a Professional Diploma in NGO Management.
