In February 2025, the GRANTS Team delivered a three-day Advanced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Training Program for Taawon staff and its implementing partners, including the Palestinian Hydrology Group (PHG) and the Land Research Center (LRC). The training brought together 11 participants and was held in Jericho, Palestine.

The program focused on strengthening participants’ practical knowledge and skills in Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation, including Result Chain and Logframe design, M&E Planning, beneficiary sampling methodologies, and the OECD Evaluation Criteria.

The training combined interactive presentations with practical group exercises, enabling participants to develop complete Result Chains, Logframes, and M&E Plans for real project concepts. By the end of the program, participants had enhanced their capacity to design robust M&E systems, apply appropriate sampling methods, and conduct evaluations aligned with international standards.
