Oxfam Partners Completed 50-Hour Proposal Writing Training and Coaching Program

In 2025, with support from Oxfam, six partner institutions successfully completed 50 hours of specialized training delivered by the GRANTS Team. The program included 25 face-to-face training hours in the West Bank with two institutions, and 25 face-to-face training hours in Gaza with four institutions.
The training focused on strengthening participants’ capacities in proposal writing, fundraising strategies, and the effective use of AI tools to develop project concepts, funding proposals, and resource mobilization plans.
Following the training, a series of coaching sessions were conducted with each institution to provide tailored technical support and help transform ideas into practical funding opportunities. In addition, each institution received an online account on grantsmena.com to build and manage its donor database, identify relevant funding opportunities, and support future fundraising efforts.
